Hello everyone, I'm a prospective UP student for the entering class of 2014. Just received my interview invite and I'm so excited! I was wondering whether any current students had any words of wisdom for interviewing at Case? Also, I unfortunately am unable to take advantage of student hosting, so I would welcome any comments (positive or negative) about your experience so far as a medical student. Thank you so much and I look forward to possibly meeting some of you during my interview day.

I'm looking for someone to take over either half or all of my lease on a beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on Overlook Rd. It's a gorgeous apartment, 2 big bedrooms, nice sized kitchen with a dishwasher and garbage disposal, 2 large living rooms, and even a lovely 2nd floor balcony shaded by an apple tree. It is easy walking distance from Case campus, just a 10-15 minute walk to the Med school end of campus. It is also a 10 minute walk from both the Cedar Fairmount and Coventry neighborhoods in Cleveland Heights and a 5 minute walk from Little Italy. The landlords (Montlack Managment) are great, very responsive to any complaints or problems in the apartment. The handyman, Al, is the nicest guy ever. The building is a quiet, friendly student/young professional building.
Rent = 935 per month or 467.50 if sharing (heat and water included) Parking = available for either 30 or 40 per month Available immediately, but move-in dates are very flexible
The apartment would be fabulous for 1 person, and absolutely perfect for 2 roommates looking for a place. I have been incredibly happy in this building.
