How to: Adding a Picture to your Post

This forum is not able to accept attachments or pictures, so it must be uploaded elsewhere, then linked/embedded into your post.

To add a picture to your post:
1. Go to http://imageshack.us
2. Click on [Browse] and find the image file in your computer.
3. Click on [host it!]
4. Copy the text in the second box, labeled "Thumbnail for forums (1)"
5. Paste that text into your post in the forum.
6. When you save this post, the image will be displayed.

Another option is using http://filer.case.edu. It's a Case-provided hosting service that gives everyone with a Case ID 500 megs of free space. The address of files hosted there is in this format: http://filer.case.edu/abc123/filename.jpg, where abc123 is your Case ID. Just make sure you have permissions set to "Everyone", so that people can view the files you post (otherwise only you can access them).
