Because most of us are setting up our Gmail to go through the Case Google Apps, we can't use the "+ Google Calendar" button on the bottom of the Case Med '12 Calendar that has been posted and sent out - it redirects us to the "normal" Google Calendar page (and that one doesn't recognize our case.edu email addresses).
Students using Google Calendar through the Case Google Apps site will need to manually add the calendar. To do this:
1. From within the Case Google Apps Calendar, click on the "Manage Calendars" link below the list of calendars. 2. Click the "Add Calendar" button at the bottom of the page. 3. Cut and paste the Case Med '12 calendar ID: sean941hmsoibmk00kh7hru6ak@group.calendar.google.com 4. Click "Add" or "Search Public Calendars," as appropriate
Hope someone finds this helpful.

Hi, I guess you have to have a gmail account to do this right? or do other email services have such a functionality? Thanks.

Technically no (although you should really get a gmail account for other reasons). If you really don't want to, I can send you a download of it once the rest of the blocks are up. Off the top of my head, I think iCal and Outlook 2007 can both import the data w/out problem (it just won't update if changes occur).
