Hello class of 2014!
I am about to move into an absolutely beautiful 5 bedroom house that is walking distance from the school. The house is three stories + basement with two bathrooms. Has a fireplace, washer/dryer, sun porch, backyard (I will be buying a propane BBQ for it). All of the bedrooms are large with good light.
Rent will be $375/month + utilities (which is an absolute steal considering how nice it is!). Currently we have three M2s who will be living there and we would like to lease the last two rooms out to first years.
