Hi there! My name is Rita and my roommate Chelsea and I will be second-year students at CCLCM. We’ve lived in a wonderful, 3-bedroom home since last July and would like to share it with one more person (preferably female, please) for the coming year! The house is brand new and well situated in Cleveland Heights, about a 10-15 minute drive from Case, depending on traffic. Access to all your basic necessities (like grocery stores, post office, Wal-Mart) is essentially at your fingertips, and the neighborhood is quite safe, considering there’s an elementary school nearby. Our home is lovely, really. On the bottom floor is the master bedroom, dining room and living area adjacent to the kitchen, all surrounded with tall windows that extend up to the second floor landing. There’s also a powder room and a laundry room (with a large washer and dryer) downstairs. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms with a bathroom that is shared between them. There is a large landing/study area as well as an outdoor deck (that was recently furnished with a grill!). The house (minus your future bedroom) is fully furnished, kitchen’s completely stocked, and all the appliances are new.
As for Chelsea and me… we’re pretty easy going and easy to get along with. Amidst the studying, we spend a good amount of time being silly and cracking jokes. We are quite flexible and respectful of each other’s spaces. We contribute equally to maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas, and would expect the same in return. We’re non-smokers and want to remain smoke free. We keep the house pretty quiet, since we spend the majority of our time at school and slip in the occasional (or not-so-occasional) nap. We’ve hosted a couple of potlucks and cookouts too, so we make sure to share in the fun and spend time with friends as well.
If you’re interested in learning more about the place, or if there’s any other information you would like, please don’t hesitate e-mail me at schlanr@ccf.org.
Look forward to hearing from you!
