Hey everyone,
My name is Jose Sanchez. I was born in Ecuador and have lived in Mexico City, San Francisco, New York, Las Vegas, and just finished undergrad at Washington University in St. Louis. I'm super excited about Case and looking forward to meet all of you. Here's a little quick thing about me: I love listening to music (I play the drums) and appreciate all kinds of music. I'm also pretty heavy into sports...baseball is my favorite and can't wait to catch a couple of cavs and indians games. That's all that I can think of. I think first year I'm going to live by myself and get a feel for it. We'll see. Here's my contact info: jmsanchez1012@gmail.com , and TOOLstarJM on AIM.

Hi Everyone!!
My name is Justin Benoit ... and I have to confess that I have never used one of these web forums before. Weird!!
Anywho, I'm from the Maryland/DC area, and graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2002. (Yeah, I've been out for a little while.) I took a few years "off" to perform professionally in the DC/Baltimore theatre scene, and do research in molecular genetics. I'm also a volunteer firefighter/EMT in Prince George's County (Station 14 rules!!) and I plan on going into emergency medicine or trauma surgery.
I'm super excited to meet everyone. Case class of 2010!! Woohoo ...

I've never really written in one of these forum thingies either. I usually just read. Especially appleinsider. Anyway, I'm just saying hi again. I'm Tyler, and I'm a first-year going on second year. I'll be here this summer in Cleveland. ~Tyler

Hi! My name is Amy Starr Redwine and I'm excited to start at Case in July. I was accepted as part of the class of 2009, but deferred for a year to be a mom. I have a 10 month old daughter Sarah. My husband and I most recently lived in Denver, CO, although I grew up in Roanoke, VA. I graduated from Middlebury College in (gulp!) 1997 and have a Masters of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary. I spent the years since Seminary as a freelance writer. I also love to read, ski and watch baseball and basketball. I'm interested in family medicine and also will take any survival tips for being in med school while raising kids! I look forward to meeting you all.
Amy

Hi, my name's Nolan. I'm a current 1st year. Dan Hart (if you're reading this), Congratulations! (My wife and I housed you earlier in the year...or was it last fall/winter?) In response to Amy Redwine's message, my wife just had a baby last February (3 month old boy now), so I hope I can be of some help in answering some questions. Please feel free to send me an e-mail at ndw7@case.edu if you have any specific questions or concerns. There's a girl in our class who had a baby the same time as you, and she just joined our class last month or so, after finishing her 1st year of medical school at Case last year (2004-2005), I believe. I can give you her info. if you want, too. Talk to you all later, and I hope everyone has a relaxing (albeit short:)) summer! -nolan

hello everybody! my name is elizabeth breuer. i like anne, graduated from middlebury, a little bit later though, last may 2005. I grew up north of chicago. since graduation i worked some random jobs at home and then moved to santiago chile for 6 months where i currently am. i been pretty relaxed here travelling around a ton, doing volunteer work for a chilean non-profit doing public health stuff with a bunch of chilean kids, and hanging out with my quirky musician friends that i met from study abroad. and all in spanish! but anyway, besides that I love to cook, run, read (especially latin american literature). I am also a musician and play classical piano and compose (or used to). I´m so excited about school starting soon and kicking my butt back into gear! Be back in the states in 2 weeks.
